Speaking Engagements

I've got something to say...

After working as a wedding industry professional since 2012, I’ve come to learn a lot of great tools and tricks to ensure weddings are a seamless affair. In 2020, Rob and I saw a major opportunity to share this information with aspiring brides and grooms, as well as industry professionals, and launched our own podcast. We have concluded recording for now but we talk about all the fun parts you might expect to hear on a wedding podcast. We also cover more current topics that you won’t find on most bridal and wedding planning podcasts, including topics like racism, what to expect budget-wise when planning a wedding, and how to navigate your nuptials during the pandemic.

I now also have the honour of teaching the next generation of wedding planners with the Wedding Planner’s Institute of Canada, both online and in person. This is a full circle moment for me as I initially began my journey by taking one of their classes before venturing out on my own.

While wedding planning and teaching are my main focus, I’m always on the lookout for great speaking opportunities at conferences and events.
