We ❤️ having your furry friends as part of the wedding day and if your venue allows you to include your pet in the celebrations here are a few things to consider:
✨ Doggy bags: you can never have enough and keep these every where - hide them behind your table signage, give them to your friend/family member that is responsible for taking care of your furry friend, or even to someone who you have hired to take on the role of pet-whisperer
✨treats: it’s a great idea to have these for your guests to give to your pet but opt for smaller treats or even just their everyday kibble to avoid any upset stomachs
✨ active and quiet time: if your pet needs to get out some energy or gets overwhelmed is there a space for them with to do either that is close by?

Planning a wedding/event? Here are 3 things to consider when inquiring with vendors:
✨Time: it’s our biggest non-renewable resource and depending on the type of vendor you are inquiring with it can take hours to get to know what you are looking for and create a quote based on those details. A lot of the time we are even offering to chat with you for 30 to 60 minutes to answer any questions.
✨ Dates are our inventory: when we say we are holding a date for you, we really are and many of us can only take on one wedding a day or weekend. For myself, I do the courtesy of letting you know that your date will be released within a certain amount of time but some vendors will continue to hold your date until they hear from you which means that they are potentially losing out on other opportunities.
✨ Our feelings won’t be hurt: if you decide to go with someone else, can’t justify the cost with your budget, if you have decided to elope etc please let us know. I promise our feelings won’t be hurt and we just want what’s best for everyone! After all, that is why there are so many vendors in certain categories because one size doesn’t fit all and that’s totally ok. 😎
