As a wedding photographer, I've worked with my fair share of wedding planners, and Rad shines above the rest. The best wedding planners make my job easier, allowing me to concentrate on the photos over coordinating the wedding. Rad went above and beyond.

From the first moments of working together, she was on top of timeline, involving me in the process to make sure it aligned with how I like to approach a day. Because I traveled for the wedding & had never been to Victoria before, she met me the day before to show me some of her favorite spots.

Beyond her organization and thoroughness in planning, she leads her business with her values around inclusivity front of mind. I primarily work with LGBTQ+ couples, and she is one of the few vendors that I've partnered with that has kept comfort top of mind throughout the entire process.

Good planners are worth their weight in gold, and Rad exceeds all expectations. If I could work with her every weekend, I'd be honored.

I work in PR and project management while my husband runs a lot of charity events, so we consider ourselves both organized and well-versed in events, which most people assume would mean we could do everything ourselves. But it’s actually the exact reason we knew we would need external support. Weddings are mayhem and having someone other than the bride and groom leading the charge is crucial to a fun, relaxing. and seamless day. And that’s exactly what it was, thanks to Radhika. She was absolutely incredible!

She helped ensure all the I’s were dotted and the T’s were crossed with our vendors in the weeks leading up to our wedding, and really sunk into the nitty-gritty of it about two weeks before. She created an excellently structured timeline that was organized to include the perfect amount of buffer time around each milestone. We actually finished dinner slightly early! To say my A-type personality was thrilled is an understatement.

Having Radhika there made it possible for my husband and I to kick back, enjoy the day, and not have to worry or think about logistics. It was completely off our plates and everything went off without a hitch thanks to Radhika. On top of her skills, Radhika is also an exceptionally sweet person and has such positive energy, it was so calming and lovely to have her present on our wedding day. She’s incredibly thoughtful, kind and detail-oriented.

As two gay guys who came into the planning process totally naive about just how much goes into a wedding, we could not have asked for a better guide than Rad. She was endlessly patient, accommodating, and empathetic — even when we were overwhelmed, indecisive, or threw her a few curveballs, she never missed a beat.

Living in Atlanta while planning a wedding in Victoria meant we leaned on her constantly, and she became our trusted source for everything from decor and vendors to restaurants and parks. Every recommendation she gave was spot-on, and we quickly learned we could trust her judgment implicitly.
When the big weekend finally arrived, we were able to be completely present because Rad had already thought through and taken care of every detail behind the scenes. The events flowed seamlessly, the vendors she brought together were phenomenal, and our guests are still raving about how magical it all felt.

Beyond her expertise, what stood out most was her warmth — she made us feel seen and supported at every step, and turned what could have been a stressful process into something . We are endlessly grateful to Rad and her team for making our wedding not only iconic but deeply personal, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Rad and her team are incredible. Rad is very organized, hard working and kind. I felt very well taken care of on my wedding day. She and her team went above and beyond to make things perfect (literally even picking up dog poop!) My wedding day was amazing and I feel strongly that Rad Occasions is a big part of this reason. I wish I could leave Rad a 100 star review. From the beginning of our planning process, Rad made us feel heard, seen, included, and understood.

As a queer couple in a VERY heteronormative wedding culture world, Rad always showed up for us and made us feel like we had a right to be where we were, and that we belonged. She never once made us feel pressured into making traditional choices and championed us as we planned a more unique wedding. She answered emails promptly and kindly, she was on top of literally everything. I highly HIGHLY recommend Rad Occasions, especially for any queer couples! Thank you Rad!

We contracted Radhika to support us with event coordination for our annual convention. She truly helped make the event a success, ensuring that the details were taken care of so that I, as the only staff at the association, could focus on the convention itself. From hospitality, to A/V, to making sure I remembered to eat, she truly was a pleasure to work with. Her calm, professional nature was the perfect fit for the event, and I look forward to working with her again next year!

We couldn't be happier that we used Rad and her Month of (aka Day of Coordination) services for our backyard wedding. She provided us with very helpful guides and templates, answered any questions we had and provided recommendations while being mindful of our budget and vision.

Rad and her team are truly incredible at what they do. We hired her to work with us for the 2 months before our wedding, and she did an incredible job of taking what we had and making it spectacular.

She's incredibly organized, asks a lot of really good questions, is really open to ideas, has a sensitivity to difficult family dynamics, and is on board to do things differently if that's what you want. She gave us ideas for involving our community in the ceremony when we sought them, has the resources and connections to help determine if something can be done, and she and her team were down to do a lot of time- consuming set up (and got it done!) including a complicated seating chart and photo display.

She problem solved on the day of when we ran into unexpected issues and saved the day. Of note, Rad was not the first coordinator I'd worked with, but she is certainly the best. She's also really genuinely kind and lovely to work with.

Radhika and her team made our dream day absolutely seamless and stress free. From the constant communication leading up to the day, to ensuring everything was as we envisioned, we could not be happier with how everything turned.

We were lucky enough to create an amazing relationship with them along the way, making the day of feel like they were just part of our friends and family gathering to celebrate us. Rad and her team care deeply about the details, but also about the emotional aspects of your day. They went above and beyond to make every moment perfect, and to iron out any kinks that surfaced along the way, as if nothing ever happened. If you're looking for a planning team that is organized, lively, and incredibly kind-hearted Rad Occasions should be your first choice.

When I first met Rad I knew I had found the perfect wedding coordinator. She is absolutely lovely! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and organized, all that we could ask for in a wedding coordinator and more. She was always accessible to answer questions and had great ideas which we incorporated into the ceremony and reception.

My husband said after the wedding that Rad was a gift and we could not have created our amazing wedding day without her. We really liked her gentle, gracious and calm approach to everything. She took care of all the little details to ensure wedding went smoothly and perfectly all round. All we had to do was relax and let the event unfold. We had several mishaps on our day and Rad came to the rescue with her amazing emergency SOS tool kit to fix things.
